电缆的结构特点

  • 导电线芯采用软结构,确保电缆柔软性能好。
  • 绝缘和保护层材料采用丁聚物,提高电缆柔软特性和防腐、耐寒特性。
  • 绝缘线芯分色,为敷设安装提供方便。
  • 可按顾客需要,在缆芯两侧增加钢丝绳或其他承力元件(YFFBJ型)。

 

Cable construction features

  • Soft Structure of conductivc cores is designed to ensure the cable fiexibility.
  • Butyl polymer is used as the insuation and coloring for the installing and laying work.
  • Steel wire cable or other suspension element can be added at both sides of the electric cable according to customers'requirements(YFFBJ type).

电缆主要性能(符合Q/ZB01-2002)

电缆额定工作电压交流450/750V及以下。
电缆使用环境温度为-40℃~70℃。
电缆最小弯曲半径为电缆小边长度的10倍。
各截面导电线芯20℃直流电阻最大值(Romax)如下:(符合GB/T3956-1997)

成品电缆芯之间经受交流50Hz、2.5Kv试验电压作用5min不击穿。
绝缘及护套最小抗拉强度10N/mm2,最小断裂伸长率150%,-40℃低温卷绕无裂痕,-40℃低温拉伸最小伸长率20%。

An a.c.testing voltage of 50Hz.2.5Kv is applied between cores of the finished cable for 5 minutes without any breakdown.
The minimum tensile strength of insulation and sheath:10N/mm2,the minmum elongation at break:150%,
The Roll is wound resistance tests at low temperature of 40℃have been made without any crack.The minimum elongation of stretching at -40℃ is 20%.

电缆的包装、运输及贮存:

电缆可以成圈包装,也可以成盘包装。
电缆运输应确保包装完好,严防机械碰伤。
长期贮存应避开-20℃以下低温和50℃以上高温。

PACKAGE.TRANSPORTATION.STORE

Cable can be packed both in coils and in circles.
Perfect package is ensured in cable transportation.
Long-term store must be between -20℃~50℃.

订货时电缆用型号、额定电压、芯数X截面、标准号及所需订货长度表示。
例如:订购额定电压450/750V、三芯、10mm2丁腈聚氯乙烯绝缘护套扁平形软电缆400米。
非定尺交货时表示为:

Indication on non-regular length in delivery:

Indication on 50 metres regular length in delivery:
